✔ Edmonton was recently named best city in Canada to live in for work, especially for families.

✔ Strong focus to ease immigration process through Alberta Advantage Immigration Program, and changes to prioritize applicants with immediate family in the province.

✔ Favorable rules and conditions for landlords ie: Relatively easy to increase rents and evict bad tenants compared to other provinces like BC and Ontario.

✔ Economic stability – Oil, Advanced Tech, Agriculture, Government, Health Care, and very strong commitment from all levels of government to further diversify the energy economy.

✔ Tremendous investment flowing into Alberta’s Industrial Heartland (massive industrial zone) located 30mins from downtown Edmonton.

✔ And, of course we wouldn’t want to forget that Edmonton was recently ranked 38th best sports city in the world and ranks 2nd in the country, only behind Toronto!!
